Fishing with a Ranger at Lake Warren SP

Fishing is family fun, especially when you know the basics. Here is an opportunity to learn the ropes, or in this case, the knots, that will get you through any snag. We'll also practice baiting your hook and casting for accuracy.

Animal Scavenger Hunt at Paris Mountain SP
6/27 1 – 2:30PM
Participants join the park's Interpretive Ranger on a leisurely one-mile walk around Lake Placid, looking for animals and their homes. We will look under logs, inspect beaver tooth marks, and search for footprints around the lake, seeing how many signs of animals on our scavenger hunt sheet we can find.
