The Setting
Harriman State Park, located in Rockland and Orange counties, is the second-largest park in the parks system, with 31 lakes and reservoirs, 200 miles of hiking trails, three beaches, two public camping areas, a network of group camps, miles of streams and scenic roads, and scores of wildlife species, vistas and vantage points. Harriman State Park's major facilities include Lakes Welch, Sebago, Tiorati and Silvermine, the Anthony Wayne Recreation Area, Sebago Cabins and Beaver Pond Campgrounds.
The Facility
There are 32 cabins and 2 cottages at the Park.
The cabins offer a living room area and a choice of 1- 4 bedroom(s). Each bedroom has 2 cots. Kitchen area includes a refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate and table and chairs. Toilets and showers are located in central comfort station.
The cottages offer a full kitchen with utensils, living room area, linens and two bedrooms. Bathroom is located in the cottage. Electric heat.
The park offers recreation programs along with Saturday bonfires and rainy day movies.

The cabins offered at the park are very rustic......if you are a seasoned camper and enjoy “roughing it,” this is the spot for you.
If you are a not-so-seasoned camper.....the Full Service Cottages may be just what you’re looking for!
Other Features
Alcohol and pets are NOT permitted at the park.
A kennel for dogs and cats is 7 miles away, and is very clean.
One person in the cabin must be 21 years of age.
Access Pass is not accepted for cabins or cottages in this Park.
