Grilled Vegetables

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 red pepper
1 zucchini
10 mushrooms
1 sweet onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1 sweet potato
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Basil
Rosemary

Directions:
1.) Cut 1 red pepper, 1 medium zucchini, 10 mushrooms, 1 sweet onion, 2-3 cloves garlic, and 1 sweet potatoes into chunks or slices.
2.) Spray with olive oil.
3.) Sprinkle salt, pepper, thyme, basil and rosemary on veggies on top.
4.) Put in aluminum foil or a grill pan.
5.) Stir while grilling.
6.) Makes a great side dish .
