OPEN TO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS AGE 18 AND OVER

1. HOW TO ENTER:  To enter the sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) go to www.thecampingclub.com and submit a completed entry form starting April 15th, 2009 and ending on April 30th,  2009 at 5pm (Eastern Standard Time)  and also starting on June 1st, 2009 and ending on June 30th, 2009 at 5pm (EST) to be entered for a chance to win one of the weekly Yakima prizes listed below. You can also submit your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if available), on a 3” by 5” card to ReserveAmerica, 40 South St, Ballston Spa, NY 12020; Attention: “The Camping Club Contest”.  The Sweepstakes begins on April 15th, 2009 and ends on April 30th, 2009 at 5 pm (EST) and starts again on June 1st, 2009 and ends on June 30th, 2009 at 5pm (EST).  All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, or if mailed in must be postmarked by April 15th and June 1st and received by April 22nd and June 8th, to be eligible to win a prize.  ReserveAmerica is not responsible for its failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its control.
2. ELIGIBILITY:  You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in, the UNITED STATES.  The following are not eligible for the Sweepstakes:  Employees and their immediate families of ReserveAmerica and Yakima, or their related agencies, any advertising, promotion agencies, sponsors or prize donors involved in the Sweepstakes, and/or any of their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies (collectively, the “Related Parties”).  Limit one prize per person, household, e-mail or street address.  
3. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release ReserveAmerica and the Related Parties from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of any prize.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS:  This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.  Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified.  ReserveAmerica and the Related Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen or undelivered entries.  ReserveAmerica and the Related Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.  ReserveAmerica and the Related Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries.  In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this drawing, ReserveAmerica reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and/or to select winners for prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.  ReserveAmerica and the Related Parties are not responsible for typographical errors in the Sweepstakes site or these Official Rules.  ReserveAmerica reserves the right to share entry information with any of the Related Parties.
5. WINNER SELECTION:  Each Winner of a prize will be selected through a random drawing for each prize on April  24th, May 1st, June 9th, June 16th, June 23rd, July 1st, 2009.  If entries that are mailed in should be postmarked by April 15th, April 22nd, June 1st, June 8th, June 15th and June 22nd.  All drawings will be held at ReserveAmerica’s offices.  All drawings will be conducted and judged by ReserveAmerica, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding.
   Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone, and their names will be posted on www.thecampingclub.com.  If winners fail to respond within five (5) business days of attempted contact, ReserveAmerica reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize.  In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information, waivers and releases.  Winners will have ten (10) days to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability/Publicity Release, releasing ReserveAmerica and the Related Parties from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use or receipt of any prizes.  Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and ReserveAmerica reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. ADVERTISING:  Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for ReserveAmerica and/or the Related Companies to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.
7. PRIZES:  6 prizes, consisting of one Yakima Load Warrior, MSRP $330.00; one Yakima RocketBox 16, MRSP $379.00; two Yakima SwingDaddy, MRSP $460.00; two Yakima SkyBox 16, MRSP $435.00
8. ODDS OF WINNING:  The number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period determines the odds of winning a prize.  ReserveAmerica reserves the right to change or replace the prize at any time with a prize of equal or greater value.  The prize is not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash.  All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply.  Winners will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes, including vehicle licensing and registration fees.
9. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS LIST:  For a copy of these Official Rules, please send a self- addressed, stamped envelope to ReserveAmerica, 40 South St, Ballston Spa, NY 12020; Attention: “The Camping Club Contest”. For a list of prize winners, you may visit www.thecampingclub.com. Prize winners will be posted approximately 7 days after their names are selected. Or, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address referenced immediately above.
