Eureka Tent, Fan & PowerPak

Q: Were your aware of the Eureka brand of products prior to receiving your test product?
A: I was aware of the Eureka brand, but not their camping products. I didn't know they made tents or other camping supplies
Q: How many times have you used your Eureka N!ergy1310 Tent during the test period?
A: I used the Tent itself just the once. I used the power pack though at a football tailgating party to power the fan to help keep cool in the hot Florida sun. Both products worked as described with no major problems.
Q: What was the single best feature of the Eureka N!ergy tent?
A: It seems like a pretty good all-round tent even without the powered aspect of it, however the best feature of the Eureka N!ergy tent would obviously have to be the ability to have power for your gadgets when you're camping in the wilderness or wherever you might be.
Q: How easy was it to set up the tent?
A: The tent was pretty standard to setup, nothing confusing or difficult about it. Once I staked it down, it was very easy to setup.
Q: Did you find the E! Power fan/light and 12-volt E! Power Pak to be useful? Did the fan generate enough cool air?
A: The E! Power fan/light and 12-volt E! Power Pak were both very useful. The fan has two speeds (low and high), high seems to do the trick as long as it's relatively close to you. The light seemed to work well, although you would need to stay relatively close to it as well if you're planning on doing some reading using it.
Q: Do you believe these would be useful items (tent, fan and Powerpak) to have on a camping trip?
A: The fan and PowerPak are definitely useful in a warm environment such as Florida. I can think of many other uses that the Powerpak would be useful for such as powering Gameboy, or charging your cell phone which really makes it nice to have.
Q: Would you recommend buying the Eureka N!ergy 1310 tent complete with 12-volt Powerpak and fan to a fellow camper? Why?
A: I would recommend the Eureka N!ergy 1310 tent to anyone with kids or anyone that's going to be camping over night in very hot conditions because the breeze from the fan will make the experience much more enjoyable and the ability to have such accessories as lights for children to be able to read or play games with would make the experience much more enjoyable.
Final Comments
I really enjoyed testing out the Eureka N!ergy 1310 tent and Powerpak system. The tent itself is a great all-round standard tent that is easy to setup and really allows you to bring some of those little comforts from home to the great outdoors!
