Sack Race 

-burlap bag per a participant
-markers for start and finish line, colored sticks work!
-whistle/flag

How to play:

Each player must pull the sack up over their feet to their waist or higher, when everyone is in their sacks. The person who is designated as the referee will blow their whistle signaling the start of the race. Each player must hop to the finish line, the first player across the finish line wins!
