We offer great accommodations for family camping. We have sites large enough for the largest Big Rig / motorhome with all the slide outs, to the smallest tent sites. However you like to camp or travel we have a site you will love! We are pet friendly and are in the process of adding a dog park for your pets enjoyment.

Located in Lebanon, Maine, only 2 miles from East Rochester, New Hampshire, right on Highway 202. Our  location is easy access and a gateway to many scenic vistas in Maine and New Hampshire including the Atlantic seacoast.  3 miles off the Spaulding Turnpike (NH) to exit 16, Route 202 East.

With plenty of trees for shade and some well traveled paths to venture, you will be pleased with our casual, natural setting. Fishing, swimming, sports and a variety of local attractions are sure to please you at our central location. Whether you are coming for the day or for the season there are many activities and amenities to be enjoyed by all.

120 site family campground between Bangor and Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. Heated swimming pool, free WiFi and cable, structured activities, pet friendly. Restaurant and Laundromat on site. Full hook-up sites, 50-amp pull-thrus available.

We have 58 mostly wooded sites, each with a fireplace and picnic table. Four of these sites are equipped with water, electricity, sewer and Cable TV access. Enjoy our country setting just 2 miles from L.L. Bean and Freeport Village outlet shopping. Easy access off 295 and Route 1.

Riverside along Maine's Dead River, Magic Falls Campground is operated by Magic Falls Rafting Company. Shower House, Recreation Pavilion with pool table, large screen TV, volley ball, outdoor climbing wall, Frisbee, golf, outdoor basketball court, whitewater rafting and camping packages.

Come Listen to the Quiet Solitude, relaxing and peaceful are 3 words that best describe this adult only campground (21+). Clean restrooms and laundry, paved roads, friendly and helpful staff and what a view over the 3,000 acre Audubon Property. A canoe or kayak ride is a must! Very close to the Eastern Trail for a scenic hike of nature and wildlife. A tranquil setting but yet close to shopping, fine dining and the beach. Not many activities on site, but no noise either. Also has a strong WiFi signal and cable TV with 70 channels at your level site. Highly recommend if staying for a week, month or the season. Plenty to do in the area.

The sites are very spacious and most of them are pull through. Most sites will hold any size rig with room for as many pop-outs that you might have. Each of our 60 grassed sites has a picnic table, fire ring and a level gravel pad. All sites have water, electric (20, 30 or 50 amp), and sewer. A dump station is available on site.

Balsam Woods is a family-oriented campground located 18 miles south of Moosehead Lake, just off Route 15. 60 sites, 25 with full hookups, 35 with water/electric, and 3 Cabins. We have several pull-thru sites, and we have a dump station available. Heated pool, playground, Free WiFi, hayrides, Pet-Friendly. Recreation activities include: hiking, ATV’ing, fishing, boating, and wildlife viewing. Hope to see you this season!
