| We are open all year with easy access to the many attractions Colorado Springs has to offer. For over 50 years we have been a family owned and operated Park. Our park has been recently upgraded and has pull-through and back-in premium sites with 50 amp service. Our sites are large enough to accommodate 45' motor coaches with a towed vehicle, as well as triple axle 5th wheels with multiple slide-outs. We also accommodate a small number of monthly residents with high quality coaches. We offer dependable WIFI and Cable TV for a minimum charge. Discount coupons for local attractions are available. Clean bathrooms and a self service laundry room are onsite. Our newly renovated cabins have A/C and cable TV. Pets are welcome and there are several walking areas, trails, and city park near by.
